After a four-year hiatus following the conclusion of 'Show Me the Money 11' at the end of 2022, 'Show Me the Money 12' has returned with its much-anticipated music mission. Despite recording a low viewership rating of 0.4% in its sixth episode, the show continues to generate significant buzz.

Mnet's 'Show Me the Money 12' has claimed the top spot in the TV-OTT drama-non-drama integrated buzz category for the fourth week of February, as reported by Good Data Corporation's FUNdex. The show's cumulative views on social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) have surpassed 670 million as of March 3rd, maintaining its unstoppable momentum. The eighth episode, airing tonight (March 5th) at 9:20 PM, will feature the start of the 'music mission,' a stage considered a dream for rappers.

The music mission is the highlight of 'Show Me the Money,' known for producing numerous chart-topping hits. With 20 survivors and four producer teams forming formidable lineups, anticipation is building for the new tracks that will emerge this season. The pre-release of the producer teams' music mission beats has already sparked a heated response from viewers.

The preview video showcases the genuine reactions of contestant rappers as they encounter the new beats. From Zico & Crush's 'TICK TOCK' to Gray & Loco's '싹', Jay Tong & Hucky Shibaseki's 'Money Checks', and Lil Moshpit & Jay Park's 'No Manners', the fresh beats have elicited comments like "This is amazing," "Gave me goosebumps," "A beat everyone will love," and "This might be the best stage in 'Show Me' history."

Legendary performances from each team are also on the horizon. With fresh sounds, addictive beats, and the unique personalities and teamwork of each team, the show promises to deliver unprecedented stages. Producers have expressed their admiration, saying, "The stage ended in a flash," "I'm completely captivated," and "This is the best stage we've done so far," heightening expectations for the performances.

The music mission will see one member from each team eliminated, intensifying the competition. Out of the 20 survivors, only 16 will advance. The question remains: who will face elimination, and what iconic tracks will be born from this mission? The four music mission tracks will be released on various music sites at noon on March 6th, the day after the broadcast.

'Show Me the Money 12' continues to captivate audiences with each episode, airing every Thursday at 9:20 PM on Mnet and TVING.
