Popular YouTuber Tzuyang, known for her impressive eating feats, has unveiled her actual body composition and fitness test results.

On November 1st, a video titled "What is the Weight and Fitness Level of a Big Eater Consuming 30,000 Calories a Day?" was uploaded to the channel 'Tzuyang's Garden'.

Tzuyang, who turned 30 this year, expressed her curiosity about her fitness level as she ages and visited the National Fitness Certification Center for a comprehensive examination.

During a pre-test consultation, Tzuyang voiced concerns about her current physical condition. She admitted, "These days, even climbing five stairs is tough," and revealed that she had previously increased her weight to 58kg by combining exercise with her eating habits.

However, she confessed that after stopping her exercise routine, she experienced a rapid weight loss, currently weighing about 14kg less.

Tzuyang first underwent an 'InBody' test, confidently stating, "I'm over 160cm tall." Her height was measured at 161.7cm, and her weight at 45.8kg. Her manager, who accompanied her, was astonished by her weight, given her reputation as a big eater.

Notably, her skeletal muscle mass was '18.%', categorized as 'below standard', and her body fat percentage was '26.5%'.

As the fitness assessment began, Tzuyang displayed unexpected results. She excelled in flexibility and cardiovascular endurance, achieving a grade of 1, and recorded a grade of 2 in muscular endurance. However, she received a grade of 3 in 'strength', a key component, resulting in an overall fitness grade of 3.

The examiner commented on Tzuyang's results, noting, "The muscle mass is too low," and compared her metrics to those of a high school student. In response to the shocking diagnosis, Tzuyang stated, "Since I stopped exercising, I've lost a lot of weight," and added, "I'm at an age where I need to think about my health, so I'll start exercising diligently. Everyone, take care of your health too."
