Park Shin-yang shared behind-the-scenes stories from the hit drama 'Lovers in Paris,' which once recorded a peak viewership rating of 57%.

On the October 1st episode of SBS's 'My Little Old Boy,' Park Shin-yang and Lee Dong-gun were seen meeting at a studio in Andong, Gyeongbuk, for the first time in 10 years.

During the broadcast, Park Shin-yang shared that he has been deeply immersed in painting for over a decade, saying, "I started drawing all night long because I missed a friend I met during my studies in Russia, and before I knew it, 10 years had passed."

He added, "I live a life where I work until I collapse and sleep, so I don't go anywhere else," indicating his new life as an artist.

Park Shin-yang, Lee Dong-gun, and Heo Kyung-hwan moved to a restaurant and naturally began discussing 'Lovers in Paris.' Park Shin-yang recalled, "At that time, there was no time to eat or chat with Lee Dong-gun. As soon as we greeted each other, we had to leave for filming in France."

Lee Dong-gun agreed, saying, "The production environment was very different from now. The schedule was extremely tight."

Park Shin-yang particularly revealed, "I injured my back in France, and when there was no filming, I was lying down and taking painkillers. Honestly, I was in a daze from the painkillers throughout the filming of 'Lovers in Paris.'"

He also shared, "I was always on crutches when there was no filming," evoking sympathy.

Eventually, Park Shin-yang tried to call a doctor friend for help, but his hand couldn't reach his ear. He said, "I was told to call an ambulance and was taken away. After surgery, I woke up to find someone standing in front of me. It was the CP in charge of 'Lovers in Paris,' saying, 'Mr. Park Shin-yang, you need to get up! The whole nation is waiting for 'Lovers in Paris.' He seemed like a devil," he revealed, bringing laughter.
