Chef Park Eun-young's Journey from Culinary Arts to Dancing Fame on 'The Manager'
The episode, aired on the 28th, featured Chef Park, who has recently gained attention as the 'Dancing Chef'. Known for her culinary skills, Park shared, "More people recognize me now that I dance rather than when I cook."
Jeon Hyun-moo added with a laugh, "I think it's great for her. We met in Hong Kong for a shoot, and surprisingly, she wasn't getting many broadcast offers. She started dancing because she really wanted to become famous."
The episode also gave viewers a glimpse into Chef Park's home, showcasing her tidy and spacious kitchen, a fridge stocked with various sauces, and a simple bedroom with a city view. The surprise came when her identical twin sister, Park Eun-kyung, appeared, astonishing the cast.
The head chef, who also acts as her manager, commented on their striking resemblance, "They're identical twins, and it was confusing at first. If the cooking isn't great, it's the sister; if it's excellent, it's Park Eun-young. Her sister works in finance."
Known as the 'Goddess of Chinese Cuisine', Park Eun-young shared why she chose to specialize in Chinese cooking: "I wasn't great at academics, but my parents insisted on college. I found a culinary program at a vocational school and thought it would be fun."
She continued, "The program offered a semester in China, which was appealing since my family couldn't afford to send me abroad otherwise. It was a chance I couldn't miss."
