Shin Ye-eun Launches Official Weverse Community, Excites Fans with Upcoming Drama 'Dr. Island Boy'

Actress Shin Ye-eun has launched her official community on Weverse.

Shin Ye-eun, who is set to engage with her global fanbase through the superfan platform Weverse, expressed her excitement in a video released alongside the community's opening. Born in 1998, Shin Ye-eun will star alongside fellow actor Lee Jae-wook in the ENA Monday-Tuesday drama 'Dr. Island Boy'. The drama is a medical isolation romantic comedy set on the notorious island of 'Pyeongdongdo', where public health doctor Do Ji-e (played by Lee Jae-wook) and nurse Yook Ha-ri, who harbors a secret, unfold their story. Shin Ye-eun takes on the role of Yook Ha-ri, a character known for her passionate dedication to her work, genuine care for patients, and kind-hearted nature.

Shin Ye-eun has previously showcased her versatility across various genres in projects like 'Revenge of Others', 'The Glory', 'The Secret Romantic Guesthouse', 'Jeong Nyeon', 'A Hundred Memories', and 'Turbid'.
