Former 4Minute member Heo Ga-yoon recently shared her reasons for moving to Bali.

On the October 25th episode of tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block,' Heo Ga-yoon candidly discussed her current situation and the psychological struggles she faced before leaving Korea. She revealed, "I hated being asked what I was doing these days. I kept enduring until my health deteriorated. It started with insomnia, and as I stayed awake longer, I found myself constantly hungry," she confessed. "Later, I realized it was binge eating. I would clear out convenience stores, buying everything from lunch boxes to bread, sandwiches, and snacks."

She continued, "It was different from just having an appetite. Even when I wasn't hungry, my hands would shake, and I couldn't feel full. I would only stop when my stomach felt like it was going to burst, and my skin hurt. The thought of needing to eat immediately consumed me, so I would go out in my padded jacket, buy food, and eat it right away without even taking off the jacket."

After nearly seven years of enduring alone, Heo Ga-yoon finally sought medical help. "I cried when I saw myself in the mirror. That's when I decided to visit a psychiatrist and get treatment," she shared, adding that she discovered she had severe compulsions and control issues.
