Shin Bong-sun Apologizes to Influencer 'Niya's' Father on 'Save Me! Holmes'

Shin Bong-sun expresses her apologies to the father of influencer 'Niya' on the upcoming episode of MBC's 'Save Me! Holmes' airing today (26th).

In this episode, comedians Kim Dae-hee, Jang Dong-min, and Shin Bong-sun explore various forms of traditional Korean homes that have evolved over time.

The trio recreates the family concept from the popular 'Need for Conversation' segment of the past comedy show 'Gag Concert'. They will examine housing styles ranging from traditional to modern, showcasing their chemistry built over 20 years.

They visit a home that has become content itself, featuring influencer 'Niya' (real name Jo Jung-won), known for her viral videos teasing her father. With around 400,000 followers and a top view count of approximately 12 million, Niya is a social media sensation. The episode will highlight the humorous dynamic between Niya and her father.

Despite his stern first impression, Niya's father surprises everyone with his 'buffering speech' style, causing laughter on set. His unique way of speaking even makes his daughter chuckle. Yang Se-chan comments, "The father himself is content," while Jang Dong-min adds, "In 20 years of broadcasting, I've never seen a character like this."

Shin Bong-sun and Jang Dong-min then thoroughly inspect the house, getting a glimpse into Niya's family life. Meanwhile, Kim Dae-hee, left alone with the father, introduces himself as 'Kkondae-hee' and humorously claims to be from the 'Republic of Korea Cone Clan'. The father, puzzled yet intrigued, adds to the comedic atmosphere. In the studio, Shin Bong-sun confesses to having deceived the father during filming, expressing her regret. The story behind this incident piques curiosity.
