Actress Ra Mi-ran Opens Up About Financial Struggles and Life in Paju

Actress Ra Mi-ran recently shared her past financial struggles.

On the October 24th episode of the SBS variety show 'Anytime,' Ra Mi-ran and Joo Jong-hyuk appeared as guests, meeting Yoo Jae-suk and Yoo Yeon-seok in Paju.

Ra Mi-ran, who resides in Paju, revealed, "I ended up in Paju after being pushed around. It was tough since my newlywed days. We first moved to Ilsan, but then had to move further in due to financial difficulties."

Despite moving because of financial hardships, she expressed satisfaction with her current situation. Ra Mi-ran explained, "It's a good place to live. For those in this industry, Sangam is nearby, and there are many sets around, making accessibility much better."

She mentioned the distance from Gangnam salons, saying, "That's why I don't go often. It's a waste of time going back and forth. Today, I went to the salon at 5 AM."

Ra Mi-ran recently made headlines for losing 13kg. On the show, when Yoo Jae-suk mentioned eating chicken breast, Ra Mi-ran admitted, "I need to follow a diet too. I lost weight but ate whatever I wanted for a few months, and it all came back," confessing to experiencing a rebound.

Ra Mi-ran married Kim Jin-gu, a former manager of singer and actor Shin Sung-woo, in 2003 and welcomed a son in 2004.
