Reality Star Min Kyung Kwak Opens Up About Fame, Family, and Future Plans
On the YouTube channel 'Jaejung Does It,' run by Park Jae-jung, a video titled 'Park Jae-jung Almost Made Min Kyung Cry (Feat. Transit Love 4's Min Kyung)' was uploaded.
In the video, Park Jae-jung expressed amazement at Min Kyung Kwak's social media following, which has nearly reached 900,000. Kwak reminisced, "Seeing my followers increase by ten thousand with each refresh kept me awake all night, overwhelmed with dopamine."
Kwak revealed her honest feelings about the sudden fame, stating that she was left in a daze for over a week.
Behind the explosive popularity was the heartfelt empathy and comfort from her family. Kwak shared that she had discouraged her parents from watching the show, fearing they would be upset. However, her mother eventually called her in tears after witnessing her daughter's struggles on screen.
Kwak recounted tearfully reading a long message from her mother, which said, "I hope our daughter has less hardship and more time for rewards in the future," and she cried for a long time on the phone.
Looking ahead, Kwak was open about her marriage plans. When asked by Park Jae-jung about when she plans to marry, Kwak confidently replied, "I want to get married before I turn thirty," showing her firm resolve.
In response, Park Jae-jung promised to compose a romantic wedding song for Kwak and humorously vowed to check in on her marriage news every year until she turns 30, bringing laughter to the scene.
Having appeared on the show with her ex-boyfriend of seven years, Jo Yoo-sik, and receiving much support for her genuine approach to reconciliation, Min Kyung Kwak is now ready to move past the pain and embark on a new journey as an influencer and model.
