Bae Sung-jae and Kim Da-young Reveal Unique Newlywed Life on 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2'

Former announcer and broadcaster Bae Sung-jae is set to unveil his newlywed life with his wife, Kim Da-young, who is 14 years his junior, on SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2'. The couple, married for a year, will share their 'separate' living arrangement, with Kim Da-young expressing her curiosity about what is happening and even asking the production team to investigate.

The announcement of Bae Sung-jae and Kim Da-young joining the show was teased at the end of the SBS 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2' episode aired on the 28th. In the preview, the couple is seen embracing each other affectionately from the morning, exuding a newlywed vibe that drew envy from viewers.

However, the sweet atmosphere is short-lived as the caption 'separate under one roof after one year of marriage' appears, showing the couple spending time in different rooms. Bae Sung-jae is absorbed in gaming alone in his room, while Kim Da-young enjoys tea and exercises in the living room, savoring her alone time.

In an interview with the production team, Kim Da-young stated, "People usually say we have a stable married life. But I feel like something strange happens at our house every night. I have a hunch but no evidence." She further requested the team to "catch it on site" and expressed her desire to know "what exactly is happening," sparking curiosity.

Bae Sung-jae's surprising newlywed life will be exclusively revealed on SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2' on Tuesday, May 5th, at 10:30 PM.
