Nam Ji-hyun Discusses Departure from 'Good Partner 2' and Success of 'Beloved Thief'
On the 24th, Nam Ji-hyun was interviewed at a cafe in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam, Seoul, where she discussed her role in the KBS weekend mini-series 'Beloved Thief'.
'Beloved Thief' tells the story of a woman who becomes the greatest thief by chance and a prince who was chasing her. Their souls switch, leading them to save each other and ultimately protect the people in a dangerous yet grand romance. Nam Ji-hyun plays the role of Hong Eun-jo, who leads a double life as a medical woman by day and a thief by night.
Previously, Nam Ji-hyun received much love for her role in 'Good Partner', but she announced she would not be joining 'Good Partner 2'. Regarding this, Nam Ji-hyun commented, "'Good Partner' was a project I truly cherished. Although I'm not joining Season 2, with (Jang) Nara senior there, I have no worries. I hope it receives a lot of love," she said with a smile.
In conclusion, Nam Ji-hyun reflected on her career, saying, "In my 20s, it felt like I was building step by step to reach my goals. Now in my 30s, it feels like things are naturally coming together. I believe that by the end of my 30s, everything will be complete in some form," she shared.
