Comedian Park Myung-soo Faces Backlash Over Alleged Mistreatment of Staff on 'Hangout with Yoo'
On the 318th episode of MBC's variety show 'Hangout with Yoo,' aired on the 21st, the second part of the 'Pause, Club' segment featured members Jung Joon-ha, Park Myung-soo, Joo Woo-jae, Heo Kyung-hwan, and Haha being invited to Yoo Jae-suk's house after a spontaneous gathering in Gangwon Province.
During the episode, Yoo Jae-suk invited the members to his home to celebrate the Lunar New Year. Upon seeing the prepared food, Park Myung-soo suggested, "It's too cold, let's heat it up," while Yoo Jae-suk proposed making ramen.
He then pointedly addressed "the three writers in front," commanding, "All of you get up. If you help, it will be done quickly. I'll be in the room."
Despite his words, Park Myung-soo was the first to get up and head to the kitchen, prompting Heo Kyung-hwan to joke, "At least he says 'Hey, guys' when asking for help."
In a previous episode aired on the 14th, Park Myung-soo had also caused a stir when Haha expressed concern over leftover food. Park Myung-soo remarked, "We leave it like this so the staff can eat. Even our kings used to skip meals on purpose," shocking viewers.
