Expectant Mother Nam Bo-ra Visits Obstetrician with Her Mother on 'New Release Pyeonstorang'

Currently six months pregnant, Nam Bo-ra visits the obstetrician with a nervous heart.

On the upcoming episode of KBS2's variety show 'New Release Pyeonstorang' airing on the 20th, Nam Bo-ra, the eldest daughter of 13 siblings and soon-to-be mother of 'Kongali,' visits the obstetrician with her mother. The episode draws attention to the nervousness of Nam Bo-ra, who is more anxious than ever, and her mother, who, despite having given birth to 13 children, is experiencing the anticipation of a grandchild for the first time.

In the VCR revealed on the show, Nam Bo-ra visits the obstetrician with her mother on the day of Kongali's check-up. Unlike her usual self, Nam Bo-ra couldn't hide her tension as it was the day to hear the results of an important test for Kongali. She emphasized the significance of the test, stating, "It's a really important test. It's the first hurdle that all expectant mothers are anxious about."

Nam Bo-ra and her mother first headed to the ultrasound room. Although nicknamed 'Kongali' for being as small as a bean, the ultrasound showed Kongali growing well, with even the finger movements visible. Hearing the strong heartbeat of Kongali, Nam Bo-ra became emotional, saying, "Every time I hear the heartbeat," while her mother, who has seen ultrasound videos over 100 times due to giving birth to 13 children, also teared up.

Ahead of the crucial test, the doctor reminded Nam Bo-ra of her classification as a high-risk pregnancy due to her age, being 38 years old. The important nuchal translucency test followed, which checks for chromosomal abnormalities and heart defects. The anticipation builds as viewers wonder about the results of Kongali's test, which both Nam Bo-ra and her mother awaited with anxiety.

On this episode, special MC and trot prince Kim Yong-bin gifted Nam Bo-ra and Kongali with a special song. He tailored the lyrics perfectly for them and offered heartfelt words of encouragement. The story of Nam Bo-ra and Kongali, supported by the entire 'Pyeonstorang' family, will be revealed on the show airing at 8:30 PM.
