SBS 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2' Star Seo Eun-hye Shares Her Encounter with the First Lady
During the episode, Seo Eun-hye shared, "I changed my surname to my father's, so I'm now Seo Eun-hye instead of Jung Eun-hye. I like living as Seo Eun-hye. I hope many people will call me by my new name." Her mother added, "Now, if someone calls her Jung Eun-hye, she gives them a glare." Seo Jang-hoon welcomed her to the 'Seo' family, saying, "Eun-hye, you have the same surname as me now."
Seo Eun-hye's mother surprised everyone by revealing, "Last December, the First Lady (Kim Hye-kyung) visited Seo Eun-hye's solo exhibition." Seo Eun-hye reciprocated by gifting an illustration of President Lee Jae-myung and the First Lady.
Her mother added, "President Lee Jae-myung also sent a wreath. Since they appeared as the first 'Destiny Couple' on the show, the First Lady greeted Eun-hye by saying, 'I'm a senior from 'Same Bed, Different Dreams.'" This brought laughter to the set.
Jo Young-nam, who holds a barista certificate, has been making coffee for Seo Eun-hye for two years and is now set to become a café owner. Seo Eun-hye smiled, saying, "Now, I'll become a lady boss."
Seo Eun-hye began painting a mural on the exterior wall of her husband's café. Jo Young-nam watched her with a worried look, and Seo Eun-hye shyly said, "Oh, really, oppa, really."
Seo Eun-hye's mother confessed, "I also painted, but I lost to Eun-hye in a competition." When the painting was revealed, Kim Gura commented, "It looks like Eun-hye wouldn't like it." Seo Eun-hye proudly mentioned, "My mom graduated from Sunhwa Arts High School and Hongik University and became a cartoonist," expressing her pride in surpassing her talented mother.
