On the January 14th episode of KBS2TV's 'Immortal Songs', a special '2026 Global Star Special' aired featuring stars like Sam Hammington, Sayuri, Guzal, Angelina Danilova, and Leo, who have made Korea their home.

During the broadcast, Takuya delivered a heartfelt performance, overcoming his painful family history, leaving a deep impression on the audience.

The participants showcased their love for K-culture and engaged in a friendly rivalry, displaying their wit and charm. Takuya, who has lived in Korea for 15 years, humorously responded to his friend Lee Chan-won's revelation that he knows the streets of Hannam-dong and Banpo-dong better than Japanese eateries, saying, "I've lost my identity. I don't know which country I belong to anymore," eliciting laughter.

Takuya's heartfelt message to his distant father touched the audience deeply.

Accompanied by Daniel's delicate piano playing, Takuya's sincere tribute to his father captivated the judges, leading them to win the special episode, proving their talent.
