Uncertainty Looms Over Reward Vacation for 'Judge Lee Han-young' Cast and Crew Despite High Ratings
On the afternoon of the 10th, a press conference for the Friday-Saturday drama 'Judge Lee Han-young' was held at the MBC Management Center in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. Director Lee Jae-jin shared various insights about the production.
The drama started with a 4.3% viewership rating for its first episode and surpassed 10% by the fifth episode, continuously breaking its own records with each episode. Despite this success, there have been no plans announced for a reward vacation for the cast and crew.
Director Lee expressed a cautious stance on the matter, stating, "It's not something I can decide." He explained, "When the ratings hit double digits, senior actor Park Hee-soon and others would text me asking about a reward vacation, but since the drama was pre-produced, all the staff are currently scattered."
He further added, "I think it might be difficult to gather everyone for something like that. While there are reactions from those around us, no concrete plans have been made, and the situation doesn't seem favorable, so it's not something I can provide an answer to."
