Former announcer Lee Hye-sung, known as the 'Baking Announcer,' is set to reveal her mysterious baking skills on MBN's 'Bake Your Dream.' A graduate of Seoul National University's Business School, Lee ended her public relationship with Jeon Hyun-moo in 2022 after two years.

Following the airing of its second episode on February 8, 'Bake Your Dream' soared to fourth place in the non-drama TV-OTT search responses for the first week of February, as reported by Good Data Corporation, a K-content competitiveness analysis agency. This marks a significant leap of 13 spots from the previous week, showcasing its rising popularity. In non-drama cast search keywords, Kim Na-rae ranked first, Lim Dong-seok sixth, and 'Bake Your Dream' OTT secured the tenth spot in non-drama issue keywords, highlighting its growing buzz.

In the upcoming third episode, airing on the 15th, Lee Hye-sung will make her much-anticipated debut with her signature bread in the first round. Lee confessed, "Even after passing the announcer exam, I gained 10kg from binge-eating bread. I searched for bread that wouldn't make me gain as much weight," proving her love for bread. Driven by her passion, she pursued baking, obtaining a baking certification five years ago and even traveling to San Francisco and attending classes from various experts to hone her skills. Currently, she has a small workshop where she bakes, and viewers are eager to see her 'signature bread' and the 'companion yeast' she has nurtured for five years.

However, after tasting Lee's bread, judge Lee Seok-won commented, "I'm pondering what sets her apart from other bakers," adding tension to Lee's journey. With top model Park Dul-sun eliminated in the first round, all eyes are on whether Lee Hye-sung will advance to the second round.

Meanwhile, the third episode will also feature the youngest contestant, 14-year-old 'prodigy patissier' Kim Gyu-rin. During her first audition, Kim faced unexpected challenges, raising the stakes. Kim Na-rae, shedding her charismatic persona, encouraged Kim with a warm smile, recalling her own beginnings at the same age. The audience is keen to see if Kim Gyu-rin can complete the demanding four-hour task.

The production team expressed their gratitude, saying, "We are touched by viewers sharing posts about the contestants' bakeries and their stories on social media. We aim to showcase the diverse world of K-bakery and the dedication of passionate contestants, so please continue to support us."

'Bake Your Dream' is the first-ever 'K-bakery survival' show in Korea, aiming to select the world's best pastry chefs and leading the 'K-bread' trend. The third episode will air on the 15th at 9:40 PM.
