Jo In-sung's Humorous Apology for 'Stealing Hearts' in Action Scenes

Actor Jo In-sung humorously apologized for his heart-stealing action scenes.

On the 11th, the second part of 'YouTube Ha Ji-young' featuring actor Jo In-sung, titled 'Jo In-sung is still at my house! But why are Jo In-sung's friends here? (With Jung Yoo-jin, Lee Shin-ki)', was released. The episode showcased a variety of stories highlighting the chemistry among the actors, including behind-the-scenes tales from the movie 'Humint' with co-stars Jung Yoo-jin and Lee Shin-ki.

In the episode, Jung Yoo-jin, who plays the only South Korean character 'Deputy Lim' in 'Humint', expressed her admiration for Jo In-sung's acting. She noted, "He captures expressions and angles precisely within the frame, finishing in one take after rehearsals," adding, "You can feel the depth of his experience instantly."

Ha Ji-young commented, "Even in action scenes, the emotions remain alive. It's action that steals hearts," to which Jo In-sung humorously replied, "I received many calls from the police asking if I was stealing. I personally apologized to each one," eliciting laughter.

The conversation continued with stories about the on-set chemistry. Jo In-sung revealed, "Shin-ki was very popular on set. He had great rapport with the female actors," while Jung Yoo-jin added, "Se-kyung, Shin-ki, and I often chatted together." When Ha Ji-young asked if Jo In-sung ever joined them, he jokingly responded, "Was I being excluded without realizing it?" causing more laughter.

The episode also featured a fashion showdown in Latvia, where the film was shot. Lee Shin-ki, along with actors Park Hae-jun and Park Jung-min, participated in the contest. Lee Shin-ki shared, "On the day of the fashion show, senior Park Hae-jun prepared a coat, while others went overboard shopping at vintage stores." In contrast, he wore "a sweatshirt layered with a white tee and training pants," ultimately winning first place. Jo In-sung, listening to this, remarked, "It's their own league," with a playful expression, while Lee Shin-ki added, "We decided not to include In-sung in our group," adding to the humor.

Jung Yoo-jin commented, "Everyone except Shin-ki went overboard with colorful items and beanies," revealing that Park Jung-min was the one who brought a beanie. Lee Shin-ki also shared, "Someone even wore a low-cut outfit in snowy Latvia," which brought more laughter.

The discussion also touched on the intense eye-acting between Jo In-sung and Park Jung-min in the film. In a conversation about depression and slumps initiated by Jung Yoo-jin, Jo In-sung advised, "Recognizing that you're feeling down or in a slump is a good state to be in. It's important to ask 'How should I live?' instead of 'Why was I born?'" He added, "Once you recognize it, it will pass in some way." Jung Yoo-jin shared her agreement, saying, "I only started taking care of myself after getting sick," expressing deep empathy.
