Hong Jin-ho Undergoes Second Eye Surgery, Shares Experience on 'Running Man'

Hong Jin-ho revealed that he underwent a second surgery for ptosis.

On the October 8th episode of SBS's variety show 'Running Man', Hong Jin-ho and Oh My Girl's Mimi appeared as guests.

As Hong Jin-ho made his entrance, Yoo Jae-suk keenly observed, "Did you get double eyelid surgery?" To which Hong Jin-ho clarified, "No, I had ptosis surgery last year, but it recurred, so I had to undergo surgery again. The swelling hasn't fully subsided yet."

He further explained, "Initially, I had surgery on both eyes, but this time it was only on one eye." Yoo Jae-suk humorously remarked, "That's twice now. You're really all about the number two," to which Hong Jin-ho responded, "Everything is twice," eliciting laughter.

Amidst the attention, Hong Jin-ho expressed his embarrassment, saying, "Please don't film me. Why are we talking about this as soon as I arrive?" Yang Se-chan playfully teased him, saying, "It looks like a mosquito bite," referring to his swollen eye.

Meanwhile, Hong Jin-ho recently married a non-celebrity who is 10 years younger than him after three years of dating.
