Jang Hye-ri Shines as an Ace in 'Miss Trot 4', Advances to Round 4
On the episode aired on October 5th at 10 PM on TV CHOSUN, Jang Hye-ri participated in the medley team mission as part of the Vita-O-Girl team, delivering a captivating performance.
In the subsequent 'Later, Later' performance, Jang Hye-ri's lovable charm was further amplified. Her alluring voice added an addictive quality, and her powerful vocals left everyone in awe. Additionally, she prepared a fiery performance of 'Hey Ya' with Chun-gil, heating up the atmosphere with a dazzling fire show. Jang Hye-ri left a strong impression with her powerful singing and skillful handling of flaming batons.
In the second round ace battle, Jang Hye-ri highlighted 'Miss Trot 4'. She chose Uhm Jung-hwa's 'Poison', recreating the iconic V dance move and playing the bass, exuding charisma and showcasing her prowess as a performance queen.
Notably, Joo Young-hoon, who composed and wrote 'Poison', praised Jang Hye-ri's performance, saying, "When the intro played, it was as if Uhm Jung-hwa herself was on stage. It was a perfect recreation. I felt like I was back in my prime." After the performance, Jang Hye-ri scored 442 points from the national representative panel in the second round ace battle, leading the Vita-O-Girl team to a comeback, securing third place and proving her ace status. She was also named an additional qualifier for 'Miss Trot 4', leaving a lasting impression until the end.
Having advanced to the fourth round, Jang Hye-ri continues to emerge as the official all-rounder of 'Miss Trot 4', showcasing new performances each time, including bass playing, Latin dance, and fire shows. With her captivating performances, both the judges and viewers are eager to see what she will bring to the stage next.
