Kim Joo-ha's Unexpected Comment to Park Joon-myeon Amid Property Settlement Revelation
On January 31, at 9:40 PM, the 10th episode of MBN's 'Kim Joo-ha's Day and Night' aired, featuring a delightful talk show with Heo Young-man and Park Joon-myeon.
During the show, Heo Young-man drew caricatures of MC Kim Joo-ha, Moon Se-yoon, and Jo Jjae-joo, with Kim Joo-ha's Donald Duck-like caricature causing laughter. Heo, married for 52 years, shared his 'act first, report later' approach to traveling abroad, which amused the audience. He also revealed that his wife, who lives separately, once traveled abroad without informing him, highlighting their respect for personal space.
Heo also discussed 'Tazza', which recorded a million page views daily during its newspaper serialization and was adapted into a popular film in 2006. Moon Se-yoon entertained with impressions of 'Tazza' characters, and Kim Joo-ha humorously reenacted a famous line from the movie. Heo explained the challenges of interviewing the reserved gamblers for 'Tazza', emphasizing his dedication to creating realistic comics.
Park prepared a meal with homemade kimchi for the 3MCs, and Kim Joo-ha enjoyed the feast without concern for appearances. Park, who has never played a villain in her 32-year career, jokingly performed a fierce scene with Moon Se-yoon, revealing her playful side. She also shared how she met her husband, a journalist who interviewed her about her self-funded album in 2015.
Park recounted how a spontaneous kiss led to a proposal after just three meetings. When she mentioned entrusting her income to her husband, Kim Joo-ha humorously warned, "Don't live like that. It's dangerous," sparking laughter. Park concluded with gratitude for being invited to perform.
Meanwhile, Kim Joo-ha, who married a businessman in 2004 and has two children, filed for divorce in 2013 due to her ex-husband's infidelity and abuse. She secured custody and alimony but was ordered to pay approximately 1 billion KRW in the property settlement.
Kim previously revealed on a broadcast that her ex-husband had an affair with a woman living in the same apartment complex. She shared, "When I presented evidence of the affair, he resorted to violence. I have a ruptured eardrum and suffered a traumatic brain injury from being hit twice. An hour before a news broadcast, I collapsed and was taken to the hospital, where the doctor asked if I wanted to report it. I said no."
