Kim Jang-hoon Reveals Financial Support from Kim Hee-chul on 'Knowing Bros'
Kim Jang-hoon, along with Baek Ki-sung and Jadu, appeared on the show and shared a humorous anecdote about being mistaken for Seo Jang-hoon due to their similar names. He recounted, "There was an article about Seo Jang-hoon getting divorced, and my mother called me, thinking it was about me. I wondered if I had ever been married." Seo Jang-hoon chimed in, "I once saw an article about me attending a festival," to which Lee Soo-geun jokingly added, "500 billion won Seo Jang-hoon struggling with financial difficulties," creating laughter with the fake news.
Kim Jang-hoon, who admitted to feeling uneasy at the time, confessed, "I was born in 1963, but I lied about my age, saying I was born in 1968. There was a seven-year age difference, but we would address each other formally, creating a tense atmosphere. When Kang Ho-dong tried to touch my head, I flinched," he revealed, adding, "He would often throw me around, saying I needed to be treated like a character." Kang Ho-dong laughed, recalling, "We played a lot in the waiting room, regardless of the broadcast."
In response, Kim Hee-chul revealed, "Don't you remember I sent you 1 million won? I sent it when you were struggling financially." Kim Jang-hoon corrected him, saying, "It was 1.58 million won, and the condition was that I had to speak informally to you."
Meanwhile, Kim Jang-hoon, known for his charitable donations totaling 20 billion won, previously stated, "I don't have a single penny in my bank account. I have no savings, no house, and my total assets are a 30 million won deposit for a rental."
