'How Do You Play?' Cast Faces Unexpected Challenges in Sub-Zero Temperatures

The cast of 'How Do You Play?' encounters unexpected challenges in the freezing cold of -17°C.

On the upcoming episode of MBC's variety show 'How Do You Play?' airing on the 31st, Yoo Jae-suk, Haha, Heo Kyung-hwan, and Joo Woo-jae revisit a remote village in Hongcheon, Gangwon Province, where they first connected through the 2024 'Delivery of Nolmwo'.

This day is forecasted to be the coldest of the year. As Haha's cheeks and nose turn red from the -17°C cold, the members tease him, saying, "What's wrong with your face?" The four then set out to deliver calcium chloride, an essential item for surviving the Hongcheon winter, to the residents. However, while admiring Hongcheon's snowy landscape, they encounter an unexpected crisis. Yoo Jae-suk remarks, "When it snows here, you're completely isolated," showing his surprise.

The group begins to climb the snowy path, each carrying a 20kg bag of calcium chloride. Heo Kyung-hwan and Haha struggle, joking, "Oh no, I'm getting shorter," while marveling at Yoo Jae-suk's stamina as he leads the way.

Joo Woo-jae, who has experience as a porter on Mount Bukhan, boasts, "This is nothing for me," but soon collapses in the snow, exhausted. As mysterious tears stream down his face, he wonders, "Are these tears? Why am I crying?" Heo Kyung-hwan finds Joo Woo-jae sprawled out on the calcium chloride bag and exclaims, "Oh? It's a giant bug!" eliciting laughter.
