Tensions Rise as Contestants Compete for Love on 'I Am SOLO: Love Continues'

On the upcoming episode of 'I Am SOLO: Love Continues,' airing on October 29th on ENA and SBS Plus, contestants Youngsoo from the 22nd season and Mr. Kim engage in a fierce rivalry over the popular contestant, Gukhwa.

The episode features a tense 2:1 date between the three. Before the date, Mr. Kim expresses his confidence in an interview with the production team, stating, "Honestly, I'm not a fan of the 2:1 date, but if we're both trying to impress her, I think I can stand out more." Youngsoo also shows determination, saying, "Since it's a 2:1 date, I need to think ruthlessly," indicating his resolve to outshine Mr. Kim.

During the date, Mr. Kim makes a controversial remark when Gukhwa offers him a drink, saying, "Respect your elders," and jabs at Youngsoo, "Don't overdo it, you're almost 50." He continues with another comment while tearing a potato pancake, "Wow, this is really firm, unlike your skin, hyung." The show's hosts, Defconn, Kyungri, and Yoon Bomi, react with disapproval, noting, "That's a bit much." Kyungri further warns, "That's not the kind of conversation you should have on a date."
