Kim Jae-won Joins Netflix Series 'Lady Dua' in a New Role
Kim Jae-won will take on the role of Ji-hwon in 'Lady Dua', a series that tells the story of a woman named Sarah Kim (played by Shin Hye-sun) who desires to become a luxury brand, even if it's fake, and a man named Moo-kyung (played by Lee Jun-hyuk) who tracks her ambitions.
In this project, Kim Jae-won is expected to portray a character that is a departure from his previous roles, promising a 'new face' that is distinct from his established filmography. His unfamiliar charm is drawing attention.
Kim Jae-won has consistently proven his solid acting skills through various projects. He debuted in the drama 'Our Blues' and has appeared in 'The Tale of Nokdu', the Netflix series 'Eun-jung and Sang-yeon', showcasing a wide range of genres. As he continues to grow with each project, anticipation is high for his performance in 'Lady Dua'.
He also made a mark in the KBS2 variety show '2 Days & 1 Night Season 4', following the departure of Jo Se-ho due to 'gangster involvement allegations'. Additionally, he has been cast as the romantic counterpart to Kim Go-eun, who is 10 years his junior, in the upcoming TVING series 'Yumi's Cells 3'.
'Lady Dua' will premiere on February 13th (Friday) at 5 PM.
