Choo Sung-hoon and Jeon Hyun-moo found themselves kneeling before Heo Kyung-hwan in a recent episode of JTBC's variety show 'Can't Do It Alone,' aired on the 27th. The episode featured Choo Sung-hoon, Jeon Hyun-moo, Lee Soo-ji, and Lee Se-hee exploring unique workouts like Animal Flow, Aerial Hoop, and Pickleball alongside the fitness enthusiast Heo Kyung-hwan.

Heo Kyung-hwan, known for his passion for exercise, effortlessly guided the four MCs into the world of innovative workouts. He showcased his jiu-jitsu skills honed over eight years, engaging in a match with Choo Sung-hoon and impressing everyone with his 'Brown Technique.'

After a light warm-up, the group embarked on an Animal Flow workout, awakening their primal instincts. While Heo Kyung-hwan and Choo Sung-hoon moved gracefully like wild animals on the savannah, Jeon Hyun-moo and Lee Soo-ji's awkward postures had everyone in stitches.

Despite some trial and error, Heo Kyung-hwan and the MCs mastered the basic Animal Flow poses and boldly attempted more complex sequences. Heo Kyung-hwan, Jeon Hyun-moo, and Lee Soo-ji displayed perfect synergy, completing the sequences flawlessly despite their playful bickering.

With their muscles stretched and relaxed from the Animal Flow workout, Heo Kyung-hwan and the MCs moved on to the Aerial Hoop experience, reminiscent of a circus performance. The instructor's beautiful demonstration and Lee Se-hee's exceptional athleticism left everyone in awe.

In contrast, Choo Sung-hoon, Jeon Hyun-moo, Lee Soo-ji, and Heo Kyung-hwan found themselves screaming as their bodies moved unpredictably, causing chaos. The MCs' struggles on the hoop had everyone in stitches.

The final stop on the unique workout tour was Pickleball, a sport recommended by 'Trend-sensitive Man' Jeon Hyun-moo. Recently obsessed with Pickleball, Jeon Hyun-moo confidently led the group into the gym, showcasing his skills as an assistant coach.

The members expressed interest in the new sport, a blend of tennis, table tennis, and badminton, leading to an impromptu match between Heo Kyung-hwan and Lee Soo-ji's team against Choo Sung-hoon and Lee Se-hee's team. While Choo Sung-hoon and Lee Se-hee scored points with their teamwork, Lee Soo-ji's frequent misses frustrated Heo Kyung-hwan.

After calling out Lee Soo-ji's name throughout the match and tasting defeat, Heo Kyung-hwan teamed up with the instructor for a rematch. The 'Choo-Moo Duo' of Choo Sung-hoon and Jeon Hyun-moo challenged them, but despite their confidence, they crumbled under the instructor's smashing hit.

Heo Kyung-hwan, savoring the thrill of victory with the instructor's help, expressed gratitude to the MCs, saying, "Thank you for playing with me today." The MCs applauded Heo Kyung-hwan for introducing them to unique workouts, wrapping up the tour warmly.

Later, they visited a traditional tea house and consulted a Korean medicine doctor. The doctor carefully checked the pulse of 48-year-old Jeon Hyun-moo, advising, "Your pulse is very tired. You seem fatigued and need some rest." The doctor further diagnosed, "Medically speaking, it's Qi deficiency. You're lacking energy, and your immune function is significantly reduced."
