SBS's 'Ubala Radio', hosted by Jeon Hyun-moo and Cha Tae-hyun, concluded after just four episodes. Starting next week, the time slot will be filled by the newly scheduled 'You Are My Destiny Season 2'.

The final episode of 'Mumu X Chacha - Ubala Radio', aired on the 27th, featured performances filled with the emotions of the TOP12 contestants. The show recorded a nationwide viewership rating of 1.3%, maintaining a consistent 1% range throughout its run.

The episode opened with the premiere of Lee Ji-hoon's new song 'I Have to Sing'. Described as a song that captures human warmth in the AI era, Lee Ji-hoon's performance warmed the winter night with his sweet voice.

In the following segment, a 'male-female duet' showdown took place. Team Mumu selected Im Ji-sung and Song Ji-woo's rendition of Howl & J's 'Is It Love', which had been highly requested. Their natural chemistry and youthful emotions filled the stage, prompting the cast to react with delight, saying, "It's like honey is dripping," bringing laughter to the set.

Team Chacha's Hong Seung-min and Kim Yoon-yi took on the classic ballad 'That Man, That Woman' by Vibe & Jang Hye-jin. Their passionate portrayal of mature love and heartbreak left a lasting impression. In the end, Team Chacha won the vote 23 to 19, as the youthful excitement of the teens clashed with the deep emotions of the twenties.

The episode also featured a surprise appearance by Lee Moo-jin, who energized the studio with his presence. He revealed that he appeared to support his junior, Lee Ye-ji, from the same school. The two performed an impromptu duet of Kim Bum-soo's 'Last Love', moving the TOP12 and mini top-back members to tears with their heartfelt performance.

Im Ji-sung was moved to tears upon meeting his role model, Lee Moo-jin, who comforted him with a warm hug, saying, "I'm sorry." Im Ji-sung added humor by saying, "After mom and dad, it's Lee Moo-jin."

In the story segment, a cinematic tale of a couple who fell in love at first sight and married after a long-distance relationship was shared. Team Mumu's Cheon Beom-seok chose Byun Jin-seop's 'To a Lady', while Team Chacha's Hong Seung-min selected DAY6's 'You Were Beautiful' as their proposal songs. The couple was deeply moved, saying, "It felt like a concert," and "It reminded us of when we first met." The vote ended with Cheon Beom-seok winning by a significant margin of 29 to 15, securing victory for Team Mumu.

The finale was completed with a final performance by the TOP6, singing Im Jae-bum's 'If This Night Passes'. The heartfelt performance reflected on the time spent together, leaving both a sense of farewell and anticipation for new beginnings.

'Ubala Radio', a spin-off of 'Our Ballad', showcased the diverse charms of its cast through various formats, including rival duet stages, male-female duet battles, and four-member showdowns.

At the end of the broadcast, it was announced that 'Our Ballad' would return for a second season in the fall of 2026. Jeon Hyun-moo stated, "Many of you might have expected it, as it was such a talked-about program. 'Our Ballad' will return this fall with Season 2."

Season 1 reached the top 2 on Netflix's TOP10, surpassed 100 million cumulative views on major online platforms, and consistently ranked first in Tuesday variety show ratings throughout its broadcast. 'Our Ballad' plans to begin participant recruitment this spring and will commence production for Season 2 in the latter half of the year.
