KBS2's 'The Logic' Tackles Immigration Debate in Latest Episode

The debate survival show 'The Logic' on KBS2 is set to ignite discussions on 'immigration' following its previous focus on the '4.5-day workweek'.

In the upcoming episode of 'The Logic' (directed by Kim Tae-jun), 100 logic players will engage in intense debates over the main topic of immigration. Previously, the show captured online attention with heated debates on the '4.5-day workweek', a hot topic in South Korea. The players' arguments and 'rebuttal cypher' missions went viral across various communities and social media platforms, showcasing the show's significant impact.

Despite being a warm-up round, the debates generated immense excitement both online and offline. Now, the main round will tackle the sensitive and critical issue of 'immigration', surprising the logic players. The 100 participants, already divided into 10 groups of 10, quickly choose leaders and strategize as the main round's 'topic' and 'rules' are suddenly announced.

Among the leaders, Kim Ha-seop, a 'startup CEO' known from 'I am SOLO', recommends Ju Eon-gyu, praising him as "very logical and someone I want to discuss more with." However, Ju Eon-gyu expresses concern during pre-debate preparations, saying, "I feel like I'm going to fail." Viewers are curious about the reason behind his worries and whether he will excel in the main round.

Meanwhile, Ilya, an 'immigrant' who naturalized from Russia, makes a strong impression with his sharp remarks. He starts the debate with a provocative question, "Am I a potential criminal?" and challenges others by asking, "Who here is inciting hatred?" His charisma shakes the room, earning him praise with comments like "Ilya, you have a point!"

Attorney Shin In-kyu also showcases his sharp logic but stirs the room with an over-the-top analogy supporting his argument, leading to reactions like "You've crossed the line!" and "Red card!" The intense engagement with the 'immigration' topic leaves viewers eager to learn more about the specific 'debate topic'.
