The new weekend drama 'Fighting Against One's Worthlessness' (abbreviated as 'FAOW') follows the journey of a person driven mad by jealousy and envy among successful friends, seeking peace. Bae Jong-ok, alongside actress Han Sun-hwa, will portray the precarious relationship between a mother and daughter hidden behind the glamorous entertainment industry.

Who is Oh Jung-hee, played by Bae Jong-ok?

Bae Jong-ok plays Oh Jung-hee, a national actress who maintains her top position with overwhelming charisma. Oh Jung-hee is a perfectionist who lives as if the camera is always rolling, even in everyday moments. She has a firm standard that everything must be flawless, and she tries to keep even the smallest details of her daughter's life under her control.

What is Han Sun-hwa's role and the core of the mother-daughter conflict?

Han Sun-hwa plays Jang Mi-ran, Oh Jung-hee's daughter and an actress. Jang Mi-ran is the lead in director Park Kyung-se's (played by Oh Jung-se) fifth film 'The Armless Second Sister'.
