In the latest episode of MBC's Friday-Saturday drama 'Judge Lee Han-Young' (directed by Lee Jae-Jin, Park Mi-Yeon/written by Kim Kwang-Min), which aired on the 23rd at 9:50 PM, Lee Han-Young proposes a collaboration to prosecutor Kim Jin-A (played by Won Jin-A) and saves Choo Yong-Jin (played by Lee Jang-Won) from an assassination attempt.

During the episode, Lee Han-Young reveals to Kim Jin-A, whom he reunites with through Park Chul-Woo (played by Hwang Hee), his plan to capture Woo Hee-Young, the daughter of Justice Minister candidate Woo Kyo-Hoon (played by Jeon Jin-Gi), to thwart Woo Kyo-Hoon's nomination.

After discovering a threatening letter from Jang Tae-Sik (played by Kim Beop-Rae), whom Kim Jin-A was pursuing, Lee Han-Young provokes her by promising to hand over Jang Tae-Sik if she helps capture Woo Hee-Young. Despite her wariness of Lee Han-Young's intentions, Kim Jin-A hints at joining his scheme to achieve her goal of taking down Jang Tae-Sik.

Meanwhile, Kang Shin-Jin (played by Park Hee-Soon) begins to pressure Lee Han-Young by digging into his past. Kang Shin-Jin mentions Lee Han-Young's father, who served time for resisting during a demolition, to test him.

Sensing that Kang Shin-Jin knows about his past, Lee Han-Young feigns a confession, claiming his father lived diligently without grudges, to avoid suspicion. Despite this, Lee Han-Young continues his secret acts of kindness, such as replacing streetlight bulbs in dark alleys for his grandmother and Han Na-Young (played by Lee Yul-Li), who still harbors guilt from a past life.

The trial for the Nam-Myeon District Office sinkhole incident proceeds as Lee Han-Young planned. When a crucial video uncovered by reporter Song Na-Yeon (played by Baek Jin-Hee) is revealed, Choo Yong-Jin's threats and assaults on victims come to light, leading to a criminal trial.

Sensing danger, Kang Shin-Jin orders an assassination under the guise of smuggling Choo Yong-Jin out to protect Congressman Kang Jung-Tae (played by Kim Jin-Ho). However, Lee Han-Young, anticipating this move, appears at the dock, subdues the assassin, and saves Choo Yong-Jin, heightening anticipation for future developments.
