Son Ye-jin Expresses Love for 'Black and White Chef' Series at Netflix Korea Event

Actress Son Ye-jin, who is married to Hyun Bin, expressed her affection for the 'Black and White Chef' series.

On the morning of the 21st, the 'Next on Netflix 2026 Korea' event was held at the Grand Ballroom on the 3rd floor of Conrad Seoul Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul. The event was attended by Kang Dong-han, Netflix Korea's VP of Content, along with Bae Jong-byeong, Senior Director of Series, Kim Tae-won, Director of Films, Yoo Ki-hwan, Director of Variety Shows, and actors Jeon Do-yeon, Nam Joo-hyuk, Son Ye-jin, Park Eun-bin, and Chef Ahn Sung-jae.

During the event, Son Ye-jin expressed her love for the 'Black and White Chef' series. She shared, "I enjoyed watching 'Black and White Chef' 1 and 2 and even visited Chef Ahn Sung-jae's restaurant as a fan."

Son Ye-jin then asked Chef Ahn to describe Netflix's lineup for the year in culinary terms. Chef Ahn responded, "Although this is my first Netflix event, it seems like a lot has been prepared. It feels like a Korean feast with so many options that the table might break. With viewers having choices, I think it's like a Korean set menu where you can pick and choose," he metaphorically explained, "It seems like all the options are diverse and well-organized."
