K-Pop Star Kim Junsu Reveals 100-Fold Income Increase After Leaving TVXQ
On the October 18th episode of the SBS variety show 'My Little Old Boy,' Kim Junsu appeared as a special MC.
During the show, hosts Seo Jang-hoon and Shin Dong-yup expressed curiosity, saying, "We've heard your schedule is packed until the year after next. They say your income has increased 100 times since you started doing musicals." Kim Junsu, with a shy smile, responded, "It's not just because of musicals..."
When asked about his reputation for being cute among fans, Kim Junsu confessed, "I only do it in front of fans. They want it at concerts, and since they're the ones who love me, I do it. I don't usually do it outside."
In response, Shin Dong-yup asked the mothers in the audience, "You all love him, right?" and requested some cuteness from Kim Junsu. He obliged with an adorable 'angel Xia' pose, saying, "With the heart of a son."
Recently, Kim Junsu took on his first comedic musical role in 'Beetlejuice.' He shared, "It's a black comedy based on Tim Burton's film. I've mostly played charismatic roles with tragic endings, but this is my first attempt at a comedy. It runs until mid-March."
