When the principal (played by Kim Byung-chun) asks Bom to make coffee, Jae-kyu takes over, marking their first encounter. He boldly compliments Bom, calling her "beautiful."
Jae-kyu later hints at a past connection with Bom, telling an associate, "She really doesn't recognize me," adding intrigue to their relationship. What Jae-kyu remembers about Bom and the hidden story between them piques viewers' curiosity.
Towards the end of the episode, Jae-kyu and Bom meet again for a parent-teacher conference. Bom, dressed brightly and prepared, is surprised when Jae-kyu arrives carrying a large money tree plant, once again making a strong impression. Jae-kyu casually calls her "Bom-ah," adding to the excitement as he begins to integrate into her previously calm life.
