Comedian Song Eun-yi Shares Her Unique Perspective as a CEO
Comedian Song Eun-yi recently shared her unique insights as the CEO of her own agency.

On the October 4th episode of KBS 2TV's 'The Boss Has Donkey Ears,' Kim Yoon-ju of Okdal visited her boss, Song Eun-yi.

During the show, Kim Yoon-ju sought advice from Song Eun-yi regarding the promotion of the Season Song Project. Song Eun-yi asked, "What do you hope to achieve with the Season Song?" She then added, "As a boss, even if someone serves you dirt for a meal, you have to eat it if the cameras are rolling. That's what being a boss is about," emphasizing the importance of endurance in leadership.

MC Kim Sook, observing from the studio, remarked, "Song Eun-yi had a tough journey, having to eat dirt when she was younger," highlighting Song's challenging rise to her current position.

Song Eun-yi further commented, "There are moments of reality check, but you have to endure. Sacrifice is necessary for the company," to which Kim Yoon-ju responded, "These days, when I have concerns about running the company, I turn to Song Eun-yi for support."

Previously, Song Eun-yi appeared on a variety show and revealed, "Our company, Media Lab Seesaw, started modestly with five people and has grown to a team of 50. My salary is still 3 million won. I hope to see my employees grow and be able to increase their meal allowances," sharing her management philosophy. Her agency currently operates out of a seven-story building, which is reportedly valued at 15.7 billion won.
