Pyo Ye-jin Outsmarts Scammers in Thrilling Episode of 'Taxi Driver 3'

Pyo Ye-jin shines as she outsmarts a scammer in the latest episode.

In the 12th episode of SBS's 'Taxi Driver 3', which aired on the night of the 27th at 9:45 PM, Pyo Ye-jin's character, Ahn Go-eun, takes center stage with her brilliant performance.

In this episode, Ahn Go-eun infiltrates a second-hand trading scam organization to capture its leader, played by Park Si-yoon. Jang Sung-chul, portrayed by Kim Eui-sung, emphasizes the importance of capturing the hidden criminal, prompting Ahn Go-eun to use her telemarketing experience to go undercover. She successfully gains the trust of Park Si-yoon by claiming she needs high earnings to save for a deposit.

Immediately after going undercover, Ahn Go-eun impresses the leader with her skills in a fake ticket transaction involving Kim Do-gi, played by Lee Je-hoon. However, she turns the tables by embezzling the profits into her own account and announcing her resignation, effectively scamming the scammer. Ahn Go-eun infects all the organization's computers with ransomware and deposits a mere 30,000 won to the leader, provoking him. When the enraged leader calls her, she mockingly asks, "Did it hurt?"

In retaliation, the leader sends a large amount of food delivery to Ahn Go-eun's address, but fails to intimidate her. Ahn Go-eun jokes about the missing buckwheat noodles, maintaining control over the situation. With his face exposed, the leader desperately calls professional cleaners to cover his tracks and attempts to flee.

Kim Do-gi arrives on the scene, blocking the leader's escape and begins questioning him. The leader pleads for his life, revealing that there are professionals who assist in setting up crimes for a fee. As the leader attempts to open a mysterious package, Kim Do-gi senses danger and intervenes. However, the package explodes, resulting in the leader's death and leaving Kim Do-gi severely injured.

Following the incident, Kim Do-gi begins to suspect the existence of a larger organization behind the scenes. Ahn Go-eun analyzes the data and discovers the isolated island of 'Samheungdo', which is completely cut off from the outside world. Kim Do-gi suggests a fishing trip to Jang Sung-chul, hinting at a new plan to uncover the truth behind the malevolent force.
