Korean TV Host Jeon Hyun-moo Stands Firm Against Investment Scams
Korean television personality Jeon Hyun-moo displayed a firm stance when questioned about investment scams.

On the October 21st episode of KBS2TV's 'The Boss Has Donkey Ears,' former baseball player Choi Jun-seok revealed his experience of falling victim to a 2 billion won investment scam.

During the broadcast, Choi Jun-seok shared, "I was scammed by a trusted acquaintance in a building investment. The acquaintance disappeared after taking the investment money," revealing the staggering loss of 2 billion won.

In the studio, host Kim Sook asked, "Don't celebrities often receive investment proposals? Chef Jung Ji-sun, do you get many offers?" To which Jung Ji-sun replied, "We receive many proposals for buildings and stores, but we only invest in our own projects."

When Park Myung-soo inquired, "Hyun-moo, don't you get investment proposals since you're easily influenced?" Jeon Hyun-moo firmly responded, "I don't trust people, so I don't get involved in such things."

Meanwhile, Jeon Hyun-moo recently received the Entertainment Award at KBS for the first time in 20 years. He expressed his gratitude, saying, "I can't believe it, and I'm truly thankful. Having learned entertainment at KBS, I will work harder as a son of KBS." He added, "I aim not only to make others laugh but also to bring joy to those who watch me. By 2026, I hope to become a better person and spread positive energy."
