Comedian Jo Se-ho Appears on '2 Days & 1 Night' Amidst Allegations of Gang Involvement

Comedian Jo Se-ho, who is currently embroiled in allegations of gang involvement, appeared unedited on the public channel show '2 Days & 1 Night'.

On the episode of KBS 2TV's variety show '2 Days & 1 Night Season 4' aired on the 7th, Jo Se-ho, DinDin, Kim Jong-min, Moon Se-yoon, Lee Jun, and Yoo Seon-ho embarked on a journey to Andong.

Before the trip officially began, Yoo Seon-ho revealed a secret about Jo Se-ho and Moon Se-yoon. He disclosed that the two had arrived in Andong a day early and spent a night there before the official filming. DinDin jokingly complained, "At this rate, their appearance fee for '2 Days & 1 Night' should be reduced."

He continued, "Didn't they come a day early to happily take photos? They're not really part of '2 Days & 1 Night'," he teased. Jo Se-ho quickly clarified, "We just took photos as a memento."

Jo Se-ho is currently facing controversy due to allegations of being involved with a gang accused of illegal money laundering. Previously, a netizen identified as A claimed on social media, "Jo Se-ho, reflect on your actions. You received expensive gifts under the pretense of friendship and promoted a franchise run by a gang member. You even drank with the head of the largest gang in the Geochang area. Is this acceptable for a national comedian?" A also alleged that Choi, the gang member, operated illegal gambling sites and laundered gambling funds.

A further fueled the controversy by releasing photos of Jo Se-ho with a man presumed to be Choi, showing them with arms around each other. As the controversy grew, Jo Se-ho's agency, A2Z Entertainment, stated, "The individual known as A is making claims on their social media account about Jo Se-ho's friendship with Choi, suggesting Jo Se-ho is directly or indirectly involved in Choi's actions. However, these are merely A's personal speculations and are not true."

They added, "A is also alleging that Jo Se-ho received money or expensive gifts from Choi. This too is A's personal speculation and is unrelated to the truth."

Meanwhile, Park Na-rae is also caught up in allegations of mistreating her former manager and receiving illegal medical services. Despite these controversies, Park Na-rae, who is a regular on shows like 'Amazing Saturday' and 'Save Me! Holmes', is expected to continue filming. As both celebrities, who have been beloved by the public, face shocking allegations, some viewers express discomfort, stating, "I don't want to see them on variety shows until the controversies are resolved," and "It's inappropriate to watch these shows meant for laughter right now."
