Actor Heo Sung-tae Shares Insightful Thoughts on His Acting Philosophy
On the October 6th broadcast of JTBC's 'Newsroom,' Heo Sung-tae appeared to share his personal philosophy as an actor.
During the broadcast, Heo cautiously stated, "I think it's right not to view the profession of acting as something too grand." He continued, "I am also a person with shortcomings. I can make mistakes, and my acting cannot satisfy everyone," he admitted honestly.
Regarding his self-description as a 'mayfly,' Heo explained, "That's why I describe myself as a 'mayfly.' I want to be someone who lives each day to the fullest."
Meanwhile, Heo Sung-tae is actively starring in the film 'The Informant.' 'The Informant' was invited as the opening film at the 24th New York Asian Film Festival and has received acclaim, winning the Best Foreign Language Film award at the 2025 Asia International Film Festival.
