Seulgi first tried the chojang, saying, "I usually eat it with chojang, which means I'm not good at eating sashimi," as she sampled each sauce. She then demonstrated her unique yellowtail wrap by dipping the fish in oil sauce, placing it on seaweed, and adding radish sprouts and aged kimchi.

After trying all the sauces with the yellowtail, Seulgi shared her sushi recipe. She seasoned rice with vinegar and sugar, added a touch of sesame oil, placed wasabi on top, and lightly coated the yellowtail with chojang before placing it on the rice. Seulgi enjoyed her meal, expressing, "It's so delicious and makes me happy," and added, "This is why I work hard," with a smile.

Praising the taste of yellowtail, Seulgi said, "Yellowtail is best in December, so you must try it in season," and added, "I'm so happy to have finally tasted it properly after 32 years." She concluded, "I feel cheated, so I'll eat a lot from now on." Seulgi then cooked ramen to complement the yellowtail, showcasing a full mukbang experience.
