Singer Park Seo-jin has shared his emotional response to the sudden health scare of his father.

On the October 22nd episode of KBS2TV's variety show 'Mr. House Husband 2', Park Seo-jin revealed the concerning health condition of his father, who underwent a medical examination at a university hospital.

During the broadcast, Park Seo-jin's father experienced dizziness and collapsed, leading to an examination at a university hospital in Seoul. A specialist explained, "One of the cerebral blood vessels is completely blocked. An important vessel is obstructed, and it's not surprising if a stroke occurs at any moment. With this level of vascular stenosis, it's like having a ticking time bomb in the brain." Shocked by the news, Park Seo-jin recalled the time when his mother was diagnosed with stage 3 cervical cancer, expressing his complex emotions.

Park Seo-jin further shared, "When I heard that my father needed to go to a higher-level general hospital, the first thing that came to mind was when my mom was diagnosed with cancer." Park Seo-jin's mother was diagnosed with stage 3 cervical cancer when he was 17. He added, "Although my mom has now been declared cancer-free, it hasn't been long since then."

Park Seo-jin expressed his fears, saying, "I'm afraid something bad might happen to my dad. We've just built a house and are trying to be happy, but I can't help but think, 'What if dad is no longer here?'" He also revealed, "I found out about my father's collapse days later. When I asked why they told me late, they said it was because they didn't want me to worry," shedding tears over his parents' concern for him even in their illness.

Park Seo-jin's father, prioritizing his son's well-being, said, "Dad's happiness is seeing you sing diligently on stage," touching the hearts of many.
