Kim Yo-han and Hwang Bo-reum-byeol Reunite After Four Years for 'LOVE.exe'

Singer and actor Kim Yo-han shared his thoughts on reuniting with Hwang Bo-reum-byeol after four years.

On the 11th, a press conference for the Wavve original series 'LOVE.exe' was held at the Stanford Hotel in Sangam, Seoul. Attendees included actors Kim Yo-han and Hwang Bo-reum-byeol, along with directors Yoon Sung-ho and Han In-mi.

'LOVE.exe' is a chaotic romantic comedy about Ju Yeon-san (played by Hwang Bo-reum-byeol), a lifelong single engineering student, and Kang Min-hak (played by Kim Yo-han), a top influencer model, who meet due to a nonsensical department merger.

Kim Yo-han and Hwang Bo-reum-byeol last worked together in 2021 on KBS2's 'School 2021'. Reflecting on their reunion, Hwang Bo-reum-byeol said, "It's been so long since I've seen him. He's matured, and it was really nice to see him again. When I heard Kim Yo-han was cast as Kang Min-hak, I thought it was perfect. He's such a fun person, and I knew he'd do well in the role."

Hwang Bo-reum-byeol continued, "I was grateful to Kim Yo-han during filming. I was often exhausted from the lines, but his presence on set was refreshing. I remember struggling to keep a straight face because he was so funny."

Kim Yo-han added, "During 'School 2021', I didn't have scenes with Hwang Bo-reum-byeol. She seemed cold and chic due to her role, so I didn't talk to her much back then. When I heard about the casting, I was thrilled, and our chemistry was better than expected. I appreciated her laughing at my jokes on set."

He further shared, "I always wanted to make people laugh on set. Unlike during 'School 2021', Hwang Bo-reum-byeol is now bright, laughs a lot, and isn't afraid to be silly. We filmed really well together. Back then, I was a bit intimidated, but now we've become close."

'LOVE.exe' will premiere on Wavve on November 13th at 11 AM.
