SEVENTEEN's Journey: A New Chapter Unveiled in Disney+ Documentary
The documentary series reflecting on the first chapter of the group SEVENTEEN (S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino) has premiered.
On the 7th, the first episode of 'SEVENTEEN: OUR CHAPTER' was simultaneously released worldwide on Disney+. It captures SEVENTEEN's journey as they fill each other's voids and strive for eternity. The episode begins with the question, “Where do you think the team stands?” and unfolds with the response, “If this were a marathon, we are just getting into position at the starting line.”
The determination and efforts of the members to maintain the '13-member complete group' are prominently highlighted. Performing with 11 members for the 'SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR,' they sweat through rehearsals for the changed choreography, yet collectively state, “It's tough, but it's SEVENTEEN's destiny to be together as 13.” Jun, who temporarily left and returned to the team, expressed gratitude to the members who filled his absence, saying, “I felt I needed to work even harder.”
Celebrating their 10th anniversary, SEVENTEEN continues to break records. Leader S.Coups expressed his ambition, “I want to keep climbing higher,” with a sparkle in his eyes. Hoshi added, “This is not the end; we are taking on new challenges,” while Woozi emphasized, “It's crucial to show that even after 10 years, we are a team that excites for what's next.” Their words resonate with confidence.
Towards the end of the video, a heartfelt narration assures, “Even if we can't fulfill everything fans want, we won't let CARAT (the fandom name) be disappointed,” leaving a lasting impression. The documentary is filled with scenes that offer a deeper understanding of SEVENTEEN, from their glamorous stage presence to moments of friendship and healing, and candid interviews revealing their emotions and concerns.
Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN is embarking on their new world tour 'SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_],' traveling across the globe. They have successfully completed 13 performances in Incheon, Hong Kong, and five North American cities, and are now set to begin their Japan Dome Tour.
