On the 6th, a video titled "First YouTube Appearance! Jun Ji-hyun Reveals Her Life Story from Debut to Marriage" was uploaded on Hong Jin-kyung's channel 'Study King Jin Genius Hong Jin-kyung.'

In the video, Jun Ji-hyun disclosed her daily routine, stating, "I do running and boxing." She added, "I start my day with exercise around 8 AM every morning. When I was younger, my goal was weight loss, but as I age, I realize the importance of exercise for my body."

Jun Ji-hyun emphasized the mindset of "exercising for life" to make it a habit, saying, "I am very cautious about my diet and try to eat as late as possible, around 2 PM, after working out on an empty stomach."

Regarding her diet, she mentioned, "I focus on protein-rich foods like eggs, avocados, and Greek yogurt. If I have lunch appointments, I do eat."

Meanwhile, Jun Ji-hyun recently returned to the small screen with the Disney+ original 'Polaris,' released in September. She has completed filming for the movie 'Jung_E' (directed by Yeon Sang-ho) and the new Netflix drama 'Scandal' (working title). She is reportedly considering a role in the upcoming drama 'Human X Gumiho.'
