Yoon Min-soo Concludes Cohabitation After Divorce on 'My Ugly Duckling'

On the recent episode of SBS's variety show 'My Ugly Duckling,' singer Yoon Min-soo wrapped up his 20-year marriage with ex-wife Kim Min-ji.

During the episode, Yoon Min-soo gifted Kim Min-ji a recreated photo of their son Yoon Hoo, which they both cherished. Kim Min-ji expressed her gratitude with a bright smile, saying, "Thank you," to which Yoon Min-soo replied, "It's nice to have one each."

As movers arrived to pack up, Yoon Min-soo bid a cool farewell, saying, "I'm leaving." The 'My Ugly Duckling' mothers commented on the amicable separation, noting that it would make future encounters more comfortable, though they couldn't hide their sadness.

Yoon Min-soo shook hands with Kim Min-ji, saying, "Live well. Take care." As she saw him off, Kim Min-ji remarked, "They say moving on a rainy day brings good fortune. I feel like you'll do well." Yoon Min-soo admitted to feeling a mix of emotions.

In response to the couple's composed farewell, Shin Dong-yup asked, "Is this how it ends?" Meanwhile, Yoon Min-soo's mother watched her son and his ex-wife with a solemn expression.

On his way to his new independent home, Yoon Min-soo spoke with his mother on the phone. She encouraged him to stay positive and suggested they live together, saying, "Why don't you come live with me?"

Yoon Min-soo humorously replied, "I'll move in with you when I get a bigger house. I'll stay out to avoid your nagging and come home when you're asleep." His mother affectionately suggested, "Let's live together next time."

Yoon Min-soo visited the administrative center to confirm his change of address and family relations certificate, reflecting on his now simplified family status.

His new home, designed for solo living, was revealed, featuring a space for his son Hoo to exercise. Yoon Min-soo remarked, "Hoo will like this."

Yoon Min-soo and Kim Min-ji divorced last year after 18 years of marriage.
