Jin Seo-yeon to Captivate Audiences as Charismatic Deputy Editor in New Drama

Jin Seo-yeon is set to showcase a new charm as she takes on the role of the charismatic deputy editor, Lee Il-li, in the upcoming TV CHOSUN drama series 'No Next Life.'

Premiering on November 10 at 10 PM, 'No Next Life' is a new Monday-Tuesday mini-series that humorously portrays the growth journey of three friends in their forties. These friends, exhausted by the daily grind of parenting and repetitive work life, strive for a better 'complete life.' The series captures their 'growing pains' as they face the midlife crisis, often referred to as the second adolescence, and attempt to live their lives to the fullest once again.

In 'No Next Life,' Jin Seo-yeon plays Lee Il-li, a chic and trendy deputy editor of a magazine who embodies the latest in ideas and fashion. She is a 'gold miss' who believes that marriage is not a grave but the pinnacle and happy ending of all romances.

The first stills of Jin Seo-yeon perfectly capturing the 'icon of hipness' style of Lee Il-li have been released. Lee Il-li showcases a modern and sophisticated look with a black denim shirt featuring puff sleeves and black pants with a unique belt. She further exudes chicness with a cream-toned neutral cardigan with distinctive cuts, adding a soft touch to the overall mood.

Particularly, Lee Il-li's short wavy layered haircut enhances her unique charm, balancing a neat yet free-spirited vibe. Anticipation is high for how Jin Seo-yeon will portray the hipster charisma of Lee Il-li.

Jin Seo-yeon shared her reasons for choosing the role, saying, "On the outside, Lee Il-li appears strong and perfect, but inside, she longs for love more than anyone else. I wanted to portray this character, who deeply contemplates love, marriage, and the balance of realistic life." She added, "Though socially successful, Lee Il-li is not honest with herself when faced with the question, 'What is true happiness?' I found this intriguing. We all have moments when we feel like Lee Il-li, which makes her relatable and appealing."
