Davichi Shines with Humor on YouTube's 'Kkondaehee'

The female duo Davichi showcased their wit and humor.

On comedian Kim Dae-hee's YouTube channel 'Kkondaehee', a video titled 'A Coffee Chat with Comedy Duo Davichi' was uploaded.

In the video, Davichi members Lee Hae-ri and Kang Min-kyung appeared as guests, engaging in conversation with Kim Dae-hee. Davichi is now in their 18th year since debut.

Davichi shared unique stories from their early days and their special birthday gift culture, displaying their delightful humor.

Kim Dae-hee expressed curiosity to guests Lee Hae-ri and Kang Min-kyung, saying, "Being in your 18th year, you must have attended countless events."

Lee Hae-ri responded, "In our rookie days, we attended many events without much information. There were times when a cow was tied next to the stage, and we even sang in front of monks," surprising everyone.

Kang Min-kyung recalled singing 'Love and War' in front of monks. She said, "The lyrics are 'Don't cheat again,' but monks can't react much, so they just clapped. We were unsure how to perform or engage them," sharing the awkward yet humorous situation.

Davichi also revealed that they exchange birthday gifts every year. Lee Hae-ri mentioned a memorable event prepared by Kang Min-kyung. "Kang Min-kyung loves organizing events," she said, "She made me choose a gift like a 'folding paper game,' and that was the most memorable."

Kang Min-kyung wrote initials of brands, and Lee Hae-ri recalled, "I saw 'H', 'C', and 'D' and assumed 'Dior' or 'Dolce'. But the 'D' turned out to be 'Daiso', making everyone laugh."

Kang Min-kyung added, "A little gap makes it fun. Lee Hae-ri was nervous about picking 'D'." Lee Hae-ri expressed her surprise, "How can 'C' be Chanel and 'D' be Daiso?" Fortunately, she picked 'C' and chose a gift from Chanel. Kim Dae-hee commented, "It's more fun than just saying 'Happy Birthday'." Kang Min-kyung gifted Lee Hae-ri a Chanel scarf and sunglasses for her birthday last February.
