S.E.S's Bada Reflects on Her Childhood and Reveals Untold Stories on '4-Person Dining Table'

Tonight at 8:10 PM, Channel A's 'Best Friends Talkumentary – 4-Person Dining Table' will feature first-generation idol singer Bada, who invites Eugene and Brian to join her.
During the episode, Bada recalls her first impression of Eugene, who resembled Olivia Hussey, saying, "I realized I wasn't the center." She shares a story about how Eugene helped her with English pronunciation and interpretation for her college entrance song, even providing snacks while studying. Bada expresses gratitude, saying she was able to enter college as the top practical skills student thanks to Eugene. They also reveal handwritten letters and nostalgic photos from their S.E.S days.
The episode also uncovers, for the first time on air, the story behind Brian's past confession to Bada, saying "I Like You." MC Park Kyung-lim reacts with surprise, asking, "Did you two date? Why did you shake Brian up?" Brian humorously retorts, "Why did you play with me?" Eugene, aware of their feelings, helped clarify the situation between Bada and Brian, revealing a 28-year-old behind-the-scenes story. Bada also shares a secret that Park Kyung-lim had asked her to keep, leading to laughter when Park jokes about her past crush on Shinhwa's Kim Dong-wan.

Bada credits not only her father but also anonymous benefactors and a priest who helped with her education, allowing her to debut as a singer. To give back, she has been hosting charity bazaars with UNICEF for 13 years, with close friends Eugene and Brian participating, showcasing their strong bond.
Bada also shares memories of her family using cold water at home, leading her to do the same at her dormitory. She recalls the unforgettable moment of using warm water for the first time after receiving her first paycheck. When asked by MC Park Kyung-lim about an S.E.S reunion, Bada says, "Both Shoo and the fans are waiting for the right moment."
Shoo was sentenced to six months in prison, suspended for two years, for gambling approximately 790 million won in Macau from August 2016 to May 2018.
Now in her eighth year of marriage, Bada shares her love story with her husband, who is 11 years younger. Initially hesitant due to his age, she repeatedly rejected his advances. Eugene reveals that Bada's relationships were always a concern, but after meeting her husband, she approved, finding him genuine. The couples, including Eugene and Bada, continue their annual gatherings, with this year's meeting planned at Brian's house, highlighting their enduring friendship.
Channel A's 'Best Friends Talkumentary – 4-Person Dining Table' airs every Monday at 8:10 PM.
