Hwang Jung-min Treats Crew to $7,500 Worth of Beef: Insights from 'Delivery' Show
On the premiere of KBS 2TV's variety show 'Delivery' on the 15th, actors Hwang Jung-min, Jung Sung-hwa, and Jung Sang-hoon appeared as the first guests.
Broadcaster Lee Young-ja marveled at the family-oriented nature of the cast. The conversation shifted to parental involvement. Lee Young-ja asked Jung Sang-hoon about attending parent meetings. Jung Sang-hoon replied, "I try to attend whenever possible. Chatting with other parents is fun." Hwang Jung-min also shared his experiences, recalling his daughter's elementary school sports day. He humorously noted, "The fathers of first graders are almost 10 to 20 years younger than me. I feel like the principal. I might even be older than the principal."
Hwang Jung-min also revealed that during his early career, he relied on his wife's allowance. When asked about the secret to happiness, he said, "You have to give in 100%. What's the point of winning?" Kim Sook responded, "You listen to your wife well." Jung Sang-hoon shared an anecdote about seeing Hwang Jung-min running an errand for his wife. "That stoic man," he emphasized. Jung Sang-hoon also joked about his own household chores, saying, "I do the dishes while shouting."
The discussion also touched on children's aspirations in acting. Kim Sook asked what they would do if their child wanted to act despite lacking talent. Jung Sung-hwa replied, "You have to let them hit a wall. They need to face the audience and decide whether to continue or quit." Hwang Jung-min was amused by Jung Sung-hwa's candid advice, jokingly adding, "Don't go around telling my stories."
