Lee Junho Shares Excitement for New Drama 'Typhoon Family' Following the Success of 'Bon Appétit, Your Majesty'

Actor Lee Junho expressed his excitement about his upcoming drama, 'Typhoon Family,' which follows the successful series 'Bon Appétit, Your Majesty.'

On the 1st, a press conference for tvN's new weekend drama 'Typhoon Family' was held at The Link Hotel Seoul in Guro-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by actors Lee Junho, Kim Min-ha, and director Lee Na-jung.

'Typhoon Family' is set during the 1997 IMF crisis and follows the growth story of Kang Tae-pung, a rookie businessman who unexpectedly becomes the president of a struggling trading company with no employees, money, or products to sell.

'Typhoon Family' is the successor to 'Bon Appétit, Your Majesty,' which starred Lim Yoon-a and Lee Chae-min. 'Bon Appétit, Your Majesty' achieved a peak viewership rating of 17.1%, capturing both audience ratings and public attention. Lee Junho previously shared on-screen romance with Lim Yoon-a in 'King the Land.'

Regarding his role as Kang Tae-pung, Lee Junho shared, "We have a group chat with the 'King the Land' cast. We congratulated each other on the success of 'Bon Appétit, Your Majesty' and talked about how fun it was," adding, "Since 'Bon Appétit, Your Majesty' was a globally successful project, I believe there is anticipation for our drama as its successor. I feel like we've received positive energy."

'Typhoon Family' is set to premiere on the 11th at 9:10 PM.
