Eun-hye Jeong, known for her role as the sister of Han Ji-min's character in the drama 'Our Blues,' is in the process of changing her name to Eun-hye Seo.

On the September 29th episode of SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny,' the daily life of newlyweds Eun-hye Jeong and Young-nam Cho was showcased.

During the episode, both sets of parents visited the couple's home. Eun-hye's father humorously remarked, "Living the good life," upon seeing her relaxing.

Previously, Eun-hye expressed her desire to take on her stepfather's surname, Seo, and become Eun-hye Seo. Host Kim Sook mentioned, "Last time, Eun-hye talked about changing her name from Jeong to Seo." Eun-hye had suggested adopting her stepfather's surname, and her father responded positively, saying, "If that's what she wants." Her mother added with a smile, "Eun-hye always said her real dad is Dong-il Seo."

Regarding the current status, Eun-hye's mother explained, "We are proceeding with a legal process. Since Eun-hye is an adult, she submitted a petition to the court without needing parental consent." She continued, "Once approved, we plan to proceed with the adoption, which should expedite the name change."

Eun-hye Seo also shared a video on her YouTube channel, where she was seen writing a statement, "My real father is Dong-il Seo. Please allow the adoption."

This name change signifies a meaningful step in Eun-hye's journey of embracing her family identity.
